Sea-Tek, LLC was incorporated in 2001. Bringing together the best combined elements of 40 plus years of business expertise, the objective of Sea-Tek, LLC is as a development company that focuses on the evolution of projects from the conception to completion.

Sea-Tek, LLC’s first venture was Reliable Self Storage of Claremont at 1495 N. Andrew Drive, Claremont, and the Glencrest Building at 1490 N. Claremont Blvd, Claremont. After the acquisition of the property, the concept for a 14,000 square foot office building and a 40,000 square foot self storage facility saw its first rendition.  Given that the property bordered a residential area, the challenge was to blend the architectural elements to create a harmonious balance with the surrounding suburban environment.  The results are an elegant office structure and adjacent self storage facility that have won numerous compliments throughout the community.

Sea-Tek Victorville, LLC was formed in 2004 with the purpose of constructing a 90,000 square foot self storage facility on Amethyst Road and Seneca Road in the fast growing community of Victorville. The facility, which is slated for a summer of 2006 grand opening, is a state-of-the-art, race car themed facility that not only serves the surrounding area, but provides a stable and friendly neighborhood business that integrates well within the adjacent residential developments.

It is Sea-Tek LLC’s objective to continue to provide friendly, responsible business developments within growing communities.
